1. Headshots Preferred
• For the most detailed and accurate representation, we recommend submitting headshots of your pet. Close-up shots allow our artists to capture intricate details.
• Full-body photos are also accepted, but please note that headshots typically result in the highest level of detail in your portrait.
2. Well-lit Photos
• Natural daylight is ideal—please avoid dark or heavily shadowed images. Clear lighting helps highlight your pet’s features for a more accurate portrait.
• Avoid using flash, as it can create glare or distort colors.
3. Focus & Clarity
• The image should be sharp and in focus, with your pet’s face as the main focal point.
• Blurry or pixelated images may reduce the level of detail we can capture in the final portrait.
4. Additional Details
• If you’d like specific details or characteristics emphasized in your pet’s portrait, feel free to include notes with your submission.
• Please note that highly intricate requests may require additional time and cost.
5. Turnaround Time
• Portraits typically take approximately 15 business days to complete.
• More complex designs may require additional time.
6. File Format
• Please submit high-resolution JPG or PNG files for the best results.
