We track each of our pets with a unique identification number and tag. The tag is assigned to your pet the moment they come into our care and stays with them throughout the entire process. When your pet’s ashes are returned to you the tag will accompany the ashes inside urn of your choosing.

Our typical turnaround time varies depending on the urn you choose and if you opt for custom engraving as most of our customers do. If you choose a basic wooden box urn, we can have your pet’s ashes ready for you in as little as 24-48 hours.

If you request our services, we will schedule to take your pet into our care within 24 hours and handle your pet’s cremation with dignity. You may choose to have your pet’s cremains delivered back to your animal hospital or you may pick them up from our location.

Yes, we cremate a full array of companions. This covers pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, sugar gliders, rat, chickens, fish, turtles, snakes, etc. Please contact us with any special requests you may have.

Our machines are limited in size here at our facility, however we can do smaller farm animals such as chickens, turkey, geese, and ducks. It is possible to cremate sheep, goats and pigs depending on their size. Our machines aren’t capable of cremating Cattle, horses, donkeys, Llamas, Alpaca, etc.

If you chose the communal cremation for your companion, their ashes will be properly spread over our private 150 acre family farm that overlooks a beautiful lake and a large stretch of wild flowers.

Whatever brings you comfort. Most people will transport their companion to us in their favorite blanket or bed.

We recommend wrapping your pet in a blanket or towel and keeping them in a cool, dry location in your home until you can bring them to us in the morning.
