I just wanted to say thanks again for your kindness and service for Jake. When you have to make the very tough decision ( to put your pet down ), the emotions run very deep. Jake was an incredible friend and family member to us, so cremation was the logical choice. Through all of the turmoil of that day, your class, professionalism and compassion to the matter was " Top Drawer ". It takes a very special person to be in your line of work. Great people! Service was quicker than I could have imagined and I had my beloved pet back the next day. My vet referred me to them because she uses them on a daily basis, and now I know why.
