What to do when that time comes

Usually when it comes time to use a cremation service, it is an expected occurance that has been coming for quite a while. However, there are those unexpected emergencies and we are always available to help you when that does happen.

All that you or your veterinarian needs to do is contact our office and we can immediately go to your vet's office, your home or you can bring your pet to our office if that is more convenient for you. We will then explain the different options for cremation and give an exact time of when to expect the cremains back. We do guarantee that the cremains are available in 24 business hours and pride ourselves on our efficient service and our availability at all times.

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, but please keep in mind that we are available 24 hours a day. If we are not in the office the phone will give you a message with different contact numbers to always be able to get one of the crematory professionals directly.
